This notice explains how personal data collected through this website is handled, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who controls the data

The KSYIA Graduate Trainee Programme is the data controller. FASAHA24 LTD builds, hosts and secures the website and processes the data only on the programme's behalf.

What we collect

• Name, age, phone number, Gmail address, Local Government Area and address.
• NIN (stored only as a one-way secure code plus the last 4 digits, used to detect duplicate applications).
• Qualification details and uploaded certificates (degree/HND, NYSC, others).
• Farming experience and interests, and employment status.
• Technical data such as IP address, to prevent abuse.

We do not collect bank account details at application stage.

Why we use it

To confirm eligibility, prevent duplicate applications, review and select applicants, and contact you about the programme.

Who can see it

Only authorised programme staff, through a protected dashboard. Data is not sold or shared for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed for the programme and its selection process, after which it is handed over to the programme and removed from the website server.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
